StudyMEDIC Academy (P) Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “StudyMEDIC,” “the Company,” or “We”) is a globally recognized and award-winning provider of National and International medical courses for medical professionals (Doctors,Nurses and Allied Health Professionals) .
We acknowledge that unforeseen situations may arise — either from the student’s side or the Company’s side — and are committed to maintaining complete transparency in all matters related to refunds. The following refund policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may or may not be granted.
1. Transparency and Fairness
- We believe in 100% transparency with no hidden charges or undisclosed clauses.
- All points related to refunds are detailed in this policy to ensure clarity and fairness.
- We are committed to delivering maximum customer satisfaction, and we encourage every student to thoroughly read and understand this policy before making any payments.
2. Application and Evaluation Process
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@studymedic.com.
- Each application will be thoroughly reviewed by the Company.
- Refunds shall be initiated only if the application is found to be valid and justified.
- If the Company determines that the request does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy, the refund application may be rejected.
- The sole discretion to approve or deny refund requests lies with the Company.
3. Scope of the Refund Policy
- This refund policy is applicable to all courses, product subscriptions, and any other services offered by StudyMEDIC.
- Refund eligibility and terms may vary depending on the mode of subscription or type of service availed.
4. Eligibility for Refund
If you have subscribed to a StudyMEDIC program or service, you may be eligible to apply for a refund under specific circumstances, which are further outlined below:

A 100% refund (deducting bank charges) will be provided in the event that a course is cancelled or called off by StudyMEDIC due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the student. These may include, but are not limited to, technical issues, national or international bans, or revised regulatory policies.
- No refunds shall be applicable to products purchased.
- No refunds will be entertained for cancellations made by the candidate due to any personal reasons, exam booking changes or any reasons as such.

Requests for course freeze or batch change will be accepted only within 30 days from the course commencement date. These requests will incur a 30% deduction from the agreed course fee for both. (Not applicable for 2 Years Advanced Membership/Clinical Programs)
- Any courses purchased during seasonal offers or other promotional offers announced by StudyMEDIC will not be considered for freeze or batch change.
- No requests for course freeze or batch change will be entertained after 30 days from the course start date.

For combo courses or bundled product purchases (Course – Product Combos), any requests for refund, batch change, or course freeze will be considered only after full payment of the agreed amount has been made.

For part-payment cases, course freeze or batch change requests can be granted but access to the new batch will be provided only after completing the full payment.

For 2 Years Advanced Clinical Program cases, no refund, batch/hospital change or course freeze requests shall be applicable under any circumstances.

For 2 Years Advanced Membership Program cases, no refund, batch change or course freeze requests shall be applicable under any circumstances.
- All requests related to refunds, course freezes, or batch changes must be formally sent via email to info@studymedic.com.
- The Company’s standard Turnaround Time (TAT) for response is 48 to 72 business hours.
- Upon approval, refunds will be processed and credited to the customer’s account within 30 working days.
Frequently Asked Questions about Refunds
How do I get my payment back?
Once your refund request is approved, the Company will initiate the refund either to your bank, credit card or the original method of payment. You may also request the refund to be credited to another bank account provided that the account is in the same name as the payee.
Will I get the full amount in refund?
No — deductions shall be applicable from the course fees as per Section 1 of this page. Tax fees are also non-refundable.
