NEET SS Eligibility Criteria
Before applying for NEET SS, make sure you meet these requirements:
- You must have an MD, MS, or DNB degree in an eligible feeder speciality.
- The cut-off date to complete your post-graduation is 30 April 2025.
- You must already be registered with either the National Medical Commission (NMC) or your State Medical Council.
- Foreign nationals, including OCI holders, can apply without NMC registration but must get temporary registration while studying.
- If you’ve already registered in a DM, MCh, or DrNB programme through NEET SS, you cannot apply until you finish it.
NEET SS 2025 Application Process
The application process for the NEET SS 2025 is completely online, and you can follow these steps:
Step 1 – Online Registration:
- Visit the official NBEMS website https://natboard.edu.in
- Click on the NEET SS 2025 application link.
- Register using a valid e-mail ID and mobile number. Then you can create a user ID and password.
Step 2 – Filling Out the Application Form:
- Enter your personal details (name, date of birth, contact information).
- Fill in the educational qualifications (MD/MS/DNB details).
- Select your question-paper groups (based on your speciality eligibility).
Step 3 – Uploading Documents
- Upload a passport-size photograph, scanned signature, and thumb-impression as per NBEMS specifications.
Step 4 – Selection of Exam Centre
- Choose your preferred exam centre. Also note that the centres are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Step 5 – Payment of Exam Fee
- The NEET SS exam fee is ₹ 3,500 per group (non-refundable).
- The payment can be made through debit or credit card and net banking.
Step 6 – Submission and Confirmation
- Review all your details carefully before final submission.
- Print the confirmation page for your records.
Note: After submission, there will be a correction window during which minor edits may be allowed.
NEET SS 2025 Admit Card
The admit card will be available for download via the NBEMS website.
How to Download:
- Log in using your user ID and password.
- Click on “Download Admit Card”.
- Print a hard copy and paste a recent passport-size photograph.
Documents to carry on exam day:
- Printed admit card with your photo.
- Original photo ID proof (PAN card, Driving Licence, Voter ID, Passport, or Aadhaar).
- A photocopy of your permanent SMC/NMC registration certificate.
Note: You will only be allowed to enter the examination hall with all the required documents.

NEET SS 2025 Counselling and Admission Process
